A few months after my first child started daycare, I saw a mom crying at morning drop off. I tried to offer some comfort and words of wisdom from a fellow mom who has been there.
“I know, he’s my third,” she replied, weeping and peeking into the infant room.
It doesn’t get easier, does it?
Even as they grew from toddlers to kindergarteners, goodbyes with my boys were often filled with tears.
Separation anxiety and mom guilt inspired my family to create Mommy Goes To Work.
